摘要
我国零售业连锁经营经过近二十几年的发展,取得了较大的成绩。本文全面分析了我国连锁零售企业发展的现状及存在的运作不规范、定位不准确、信息化程度低等问题。在此基础上,本文有针对性地指出根据"标准化、规模化、规范化、信息化"原则走特色发展战略、品牌发展战略、提高物流配送水平及大力发展电子商务等对策建议。
Chinese retail industry chain operation has obtained the big result during the past two decades. This paper comprehensively analysesed the present situation and problems of Chines, retail coporation such as no standard operation, inaccurate position, low status informationization degree, so,the paper has pointed out countermeasures and suggestions about the characteristic developmental strategy, the brand developmental strategy, more efficient product distribution and the development of e-commerce in accordance with the principle of the standardization,the large scale, the normalization and the informationization.
