摘要
本文运用布朗和列文森的礼貌策略以及利奇的"礼貌原则",对英语教师的课堂话语进行礼貌分析,尤其是对其中最具代表性的课堂指令和批评及鼓励等用语进行比较深入的分析,试图通过分析发现礼貌理论对英语课堂教学的指导意义和启示作用。
The article analyses English teachers' language in class under Brown and Levinson' s Politeness Strategies and Leech' s Politeness Principle. The emphasis is put on instructions, requests, criticism and encouragement to discover the instructive and enlightening significance to English language teaching.
