本文针对目前地质类研究生教育存在的若干问题进行探讨,认为生源不足以及生源质量不高已成了束缚培养高层次、高素质地勘"领军型"、"复合型"人才的瓶颈。加强生源质量、采用灵活的招生形式、制定合理的培养方案是解决上述问题的关键。

This article discusses some problems of the current Postgraduate education for Geology. It believes that the lack of students and high-quality students has become the bottleneck of training high-level, high-quality, leadership, and compound geological survey talents. The reasonable solutions to Enhance the quality of students, introduce flexible enrollment form and develope the training programme.
