本文以我国全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标为背景,分析了当前社会的矿业形势对地质人才需求迫切的状况,并通过一个模拟"劳动力市场供需变化模型图"来说明地质人才短缺这种现象产生的根源,以及这种人才短缺是如何愈演愈烈的。最后在上述分析论证下,提出通过加大高校人才培养力度、建立人才引进机制、提高劳动报酬、实现职工教育培训等方式,改变地质人才短缺和断层的现状。

This paper analyzes the urgent demand for geological talents on the background of building a harmonious society, and explains the market supply and demand change of labor force through a mimetic diagram, at the same time, concludes the root cause of geological talents shortage. At last, it proposes that the cultivation scheme of the geological speciality Should be grad- ually perfected to meet the social demand by strengthening the cultivation of geological talents and the introduction of talents, increasing their pay, realizing the training of staff.
