直接采用类比法研究较已有文献中更一般的一类三阶非线性系统，给出了零解为全局稳定的充分条件，所得结果推广了王联、王慕秋“一类三阶非线性系统李雅鲁诺夫函数构造之分析”一文中的定理11。
