北京市2006年夏季公共场所军团菌污染监测

Surveillance of Legionella contamination in public settings of Beijing during summer 2006

目的了解北京市夏季饭店、写字楼、医院等场所空调系统和热水系统军团菌污染情况。方法2006年5～10月,每月采集饭店、商场、医院等场所的空调冷却塔和热水系统水样标本,进行军团菌培养,鉴定。结果55家场所军团菌污染率为34.5%,饭店和医院的污染率均在30%以上。7、8、9月为空调冷却塔军团菌检出率较高的月份,分别为29.9%、24%和15.1%。结论医院、饭店、商场军团菌污染严重,应在夏季加强对各场所空调系统的监督检查。

Objective To understand the situation of Legionella contamination in air-conditioning systems and hot water supply systems in hotels, office buildings, hospitals, etc. in Beijing. Methods Specimens from cooling towers for air conditioning system and hot water supply systems in hotels, supermarkets, hospitals were collected and examined for Legionella each month during May to October 2006.Results In average, 34.5 percent of the specimens were contaminated by Legionella in 55 locations, 29.9 percent, 24.0 percent and 145.1 percent in July, August and September, respectively, and more than 30 percent in hotels and hospitals. Conclusion Air-conditioning systems and hot water supply systems of the hospitals, hotels and supermarkets were severely contaminated by Legionella in Beijing and supervision and examinations for them should be strengthened in Beijing, particularly in the summer.
