摘要
介绍了作者研制的“数显3m直尺式平整度仪”的结构组成和测量原理，并重点论述了直尺导轨直线度的保证以及误差信号的处理、系统控制等关键技术。
This paper introduces the design and measuring principle of the digital three - meter rulerevenness measuring instrument which is designed and manufactured based on mechatronic technology. Some key technology about control of guide's straightness, dealing of error signal andsystem control are given in detail.
