摘要
目前,湖南省旅游人才队伍的待遇现状比较差,主要表现为薪酬制度、福利制度的不完善。要加快旅游人才队伍的建设,就必须建立旅游人才激励优惠政策,优化用人的政策机制,完善人才开发的良好环境,做到政策吸引人、机制激励人、待遇留住人。
At present the income of the tourist talents in Hunan is comparatively low, mainly reflected in its defects in payment system and welfare system. To speed the construction of tourist talents requires the establishment of the policy of tourist talents encouragement and privilege, optimizing the policy of employment mechanism, and perfecting the talent development environment by attracting talents by policy, motivating by mechanisms and maintaining the talents by treatment.
