活体肝移植术前供肝体积的CT测量方法比较

Evaluation of different liver volume measurements by CT image reconstruction technique before living donor liver transplantation

目的探讨多层CT(multi-slice CT,MSCT)在活体肝移植术前供肝体积测量中应用价值。方法11例活体肝移植病例术前均实施MSCT扫描,对MSCT图像进行图像后处理,对不同后处理方法测量肝脏体积的准确性及便利性进行比较。结果11例患者中,与图像重建层厚Vitrea 0.5mm描绘法比较,以Vitrea 5mm和10mm以及安科公司的Viewer PACS数字图像系统10mm层厚描绘法测量的全肝脏体积以及右半肝体积没有统计学差异。结论MSCT可作为术前评估肝脏体积的可靠检查方法,Vitrea 10mm描绘法极大地简化了肝脏体积测量的过程。

Objective To evaluate the value of different liver volume measurement by CT image reconstruction technique before living donor liver transplantation. Methods Totally 11 cases of living donor liver transplantation were collected and all these cases were undergone multi-slice CT （MSCT） scanning examination pre-operation. By compared different liver volume measurements, the advantage and prevalent methods would be found. Results Among all 11 volume of whole livers or right lobe of livers measured by scribe methods, there were no significantly statistical difference between the groups which scribed by 0.5,5,10 mm reconstruction image on vitrea workstation or 10mm reconstruction image on viewer PACS of anke company. Conclusion CT is a faithful examination in evaluating volume of liver in living liver transplantation. The scribe methods of 10 mm reconstruction imageon vitrea workstation simplify the liver volume measurement.
