摘要
介绍了目前汽车行业零部件加工用合成型铝合金切削液的使用情况,重点阐述了研制水溶性合成型铝合金切削液的过程,包括采用自有技术复配复合添加剂过程及多种其他功能添加剂的筛选平衡,在试验方法上新采用了钢-铝摩擦副润滑评价试验及铝合金材料腐蚀挂片试验等,并将检测结果和常规试验进行了分析对比。最后介绍了研制产品在铝合金零部件加工工艺中的应用试验结果,应用显示,研制产品的润滑性、防腐性均符合汽车行业铝合金零部件加工过程中对合成型切削液的要求。
The usage situation of cutting fluids for aluminum alloy in the current automotive industry spare parts processing was introduced. The R&D process of water based synthetic cutting fluids for aluminum and aluminum alloy was expatiated, including the complex formulation process of additives using own technology and the selection process of other functional additives. Some special experiments such as steel - aluminum friction pair evaluation experiment and the hung aluminum alloy sheet for corrosion experiment were carried out. And tests results were analyzed and contrasted to the conventional tests. The application results in aluminum alloy spare parts processing indicated that the developed cutting fluids can meet the requirements of lubricity and anticorrosion.
