摘要
高炉鼓风机在炼铁工艺中担负着重要的责任,供风质量与效率的高低直接影响高炉的正常生产与铁水产量,同时高炉的稳定顺行和高效生产也对高炉鼓风机的自动化控制与保护方面提出了更高的要求。从自动控制与风机的连锁保护方面进行了比较全面、系统的研究与分析,以籍此实现并完善高炉鼓风机的自动控制与保护,进一步满足高炉对供风的质量与效率的更高要求。
Blast furnace blower played an important role in the steelmaking technology. Air supply and efficiency affect directly regular production and molten iron output. At the same time, there were higher demands on blast furnace blower in the field of automation and protection, so as to guarantee stable operation and high efficient production. An overall and systematic study and analysis was made on autocontrol and chain protection of the blower to realize and perfect the autocontrol and protection of the blower, and to further meet the higher requirements of air supply quality and efficiency needed by the blast furnace.
