摘要
通过分析运行过程中出现的问题,改造了旋流池的工艺及控制策略,用PLC实现了提升泵和回流阀的控制与水位联锁,从而实现了旋流池无人值守,提高了保产能力。
Based on analysis of the problems in running, process of the cyclone pond and control strategy were improved. Control and water level interlock of a lifting pump and a return valve were realized by using PLC. Thus, unattended operation of the cyclone pond was realized and capacity was increased.
