摘要
介绍了PLC在输送设备制造公司轴加工设备中的应用过程、控制系统的组成、特点、功能以及控制软件的设计。通过实际应用表明,该系统能够可靠、准确地完成轴加工操作,实时监控运行状况,生产快速,尺寸控制良好。
The application procedure of PLC in an axis processing plant ot the Gonveyer Equipment Manufacturing Co was presented. Composition, characteristics, functions of the control system and design of control software were also described. The practice showed that the system could complete the axis operation reliably and correctly, and carry out real time monitor of operation state. The production conducted quickly and the size control was in a good state.
