摘要
研究了光氧老化后聚碳酸酯(PC)的结构和性能变化。力学性能测试结果表明,老化后,PC的冲击强度下降,拉伸强度、弯曲强度上升;扫描电镜断口形貌分析和差示扫描量热分析显示,光氧老化后PC材料的韧性有一定损失;傅立叶变换红外光谱分析显示PC老化后有酚类、酮类产物生成;PC的光氧老化可能是由于弗利斯重排反应产生自由基诱发PC分子链光氧降解反应所致。
Structure and properties of polycarbonate before and after photo-oxidation aging were investigated. The result of mechanical testing shows that, after photo-oxidation aging, the impact strength of PC reduces, while the tensile strength and the bend strength of PC increase. Combing the scanning electron microscopy photographs of fracture surface appearance and the analysis of differential scanning calorimetry, after photo-oxidation aging, the stiffness of PC samples increases; The result of fourier transform infrared spectroscopy shows tlxat, after photo-oxidation aging, some other substances as phenylsalicylate and dihydroxybenzophenone form. The possibility mechanism of photo-oxidation aging is that the photo-Fries rearrangement reaction starts the autocatalytic oxidation process.
