本系统在ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ９５环境下开发，以ＦＯＸＰＲＯＷ为主语言。本系统库容大，存储数据多；统计与查询功能强大；具有船舶安全评估和碰撞轨迹模拟功能；使用与操作的人机界面友好，灵活方便。另外，本系统的用户数据的保密性好，使用功能也可扩展。

This system is developed under WINDOWS95 with the main language of FOXPROW. This system has databases which can store a great volume of data. The system has strong functions of statistics and inquiry as well as functions of simulation of ships collision and evaluation of ships and shipowners safety,It has friendly interface of user and machine and is convenient to operate. Besides, the main databases in the system are secured from unallowable persons using and functions can be developed.
