摘要
由于受各高校办学规模、地区经济以及原档案管理水平等因素的影响,高校档案工作依然存在这样那样的问题,档案管理现代化水平较低,人员素质偏低等问题。因此,高校档案工作应从强化档案意识、提高档案人员素质、加快档案现代化建设、积极开发和利用档案信息资源等方面努力。
