摘要
企业文化是以人为本的管理思想的体现,与思想政治工作相似、相近,有许多相一致之处。思想政治工作与企业文化建设相结合,共筑企业精神文明建设大业,显示着创新思维的特征。
Enterprise culture is a reflection of the human-centered philosophy, and is similar to ideological work, and they have a lot in common. The integration of ideological work and enterprise culture development is a sort of innovation, and a new way of thinking.
