摘要 本文总结了睫状神经营养因子(CNTF)的生物学特性及其对代谢综合征的影响,分析了其如何通过调节血脂、促进能量代谢、保护神经等途径改善代谢综合征的机制,并探讨了CNTF应用于治疗代谢综合征的前景。 The biological characteristics of ciliary neurotrophic factor （CNTF） and its effect on metabolic syndrome （MS） are summaried in this paper. The action mechanism of CNTF in blood-lipid regulation, promoting energy metabolism, protecting nerve is analyzed, and the prospect and some problems of CNTF used in the treatment of MS are also discussed.
