摘要 水通道蛋白是具有高度选择性的水孔道特异蛋白质家族,有13个家族成员。研究发现,水通道蛋白与多种临床疾病有着密切的关系,水通道蛋白在哺乳动物机体中调节作用的研究成为了当前水通道领域的一大热点。本文参阅了国内外近年来众多有关水通道蛋白的研究文献,介绍了水通道家族的分子结构,以及理化因素、激素和其他蛋白等调节水通道蛋白表达及功能的影响因素,并初步探讨了水通道蛋白在脑水肿、肺水肿和肾脏疾病中的调节机制。 Aquaporin (AQP) is a highly selective protein family of water channel, which includes 13 members. There is close relationship between AQP and some clinical diseases. Recently, the regulation effect of AQP in mammalians is a research focus on the field of water channel. This article introduces the molecular structure of AQP, and the influence factors of expression and function of AQP, such as physical and chemical factors, hormone and other proteins. The regulation mechanism of AQP in pulmonary edema, brain edema and kidney disease is also discussed.
