摘要
建议采用可靠性方法分析船舶结构维护的各种问题，如损伤探测、检测时间间隔、失效速率预估、结构评价以及决策制订，揭示出船舶结构维护决策准则和决策方法的随机特性．初步探讨人为因素对船舶结构可靠性评价的影响．
This paper suggests the reliability methods to analyze several problems in ship structural maintenance,such as flaw detection,inspection interval,evaluation of failure rate,assessment of structures and maintenance decision making.It demonstrates the random characteristics of decision criteria and decision methods.Furthermore it essentially discusses the influences of human factors on the assessment of ship structural reliability.
