摘要
研究了用氩弧进行表面合金化的工艺,总结出直接熔入法、间接熔入法和堆焊法.研究了Fe,Ni,Cu,Re等合金元素对Al-Si合金高温耐磨性能的影响.试验表明Fe与Ni均可显著提高Al-Si合金的高温耐磨性.提出可将Fe作为Al-Si合金表面合金化的热强、耐磨元素.
Ar arc surface alloying processes arc studied.direct melten process、indirect melten process and build up process arc introduced.The influence of alloying elements Fe、Ni、Cu、Re on high temperature wearing resistance of Al Si alloy is studied.Tests indicate that Fe and Ni can markedly increase the high temperature wearing resistance of Al Si alloy.Fe can be used as heat strengthening and wear resisting element of surface alloying of Al Si alloy.
