电镜分析焊接烟尘的直接采样法研究

On Direct Method of Sample Preparation for Analyzing Welding Fume Using TEM

开发了几种适合于电镜分析焊接烟尘的采样方法．传统制样方法多属间接型，观察前一般要对样品作中间处理，因而不利于保持样品的真实结构．本文开发的沉积法、静电采样法可以反映焊接烟尘的真实结构，尤其是静电采样法可在焊态或焊后、施焊环境的不同位置、不同时间采集烟尘样品，无需中间处理即可直接供电镜观察，具有效率高、重复性好、适应性强等优点．为揭示焊接烟尘结构特征，进而探讨控制途径提供了重要手段．

Sample of fume can be observed directly in transmission electron microscope without further treatment and real fume structure can be maintained. In the method, the electrostatic sampling method can be adapted especially for varied place and time in as weld or postweld. It is a method in investigation into weld fume by TEM for researching characters of fume and finding controlled ways because of its high efficiency, good reproducibility and adaptability.
