摘要
阐述了分析电子显微镜应用于焊接气溶胶研究的方法，并列举了分析结果，指出分析电子显微镜特别适宜于气溶胶粒子的形貌观察，放大倍数在５０００～２００００倍之间已可获得足够的信息．
This paper described method investigated into welding aerosol particles by analytical transmission electron microscope (ATEM) and provided examples of researching results. It is especially suitable for ATEM applying to observation of welding aerosol particles. Enough information can be obtained in magnification of 5 000￣20 000.
