摘要
通过对市售常用焊条焊态下较大粒子的分布,形貌,成分及结构等试验研究,探讨了焊接气溶胶的非均质形核机制,证实10^-1μm量级粒子主要分为尖晶石型和氟化物型两类,均以蒸汽-粒子转变的异质凝结机制所形成;10^9μm及更大一些的粒子主要以气泡-粒子转变机制所形成。
This paper discussed the nonhomogeneous nucleation mechanism of welding aerosol particles by experimental study of size distribution, photograph, composition and structure of large particulate of welding aerosols of selling common electrodes under welding condition, confirmed that particulate of 10 -1 μm order was classified mainly as either spinel type or fluoride, and both were formed according to the nonhomogeneous nucleation mechanism of vapor particulate conversion. Particulate of 10 0 μm order or larger were mainly formed according to air bubble particulate conversion mechanism.
