摘要 通过对焊接气溶胶粒子粒度分布随时间变化的实测结果的分析,应用气溶胶粒子凝并的基本理论,推导了焊后烟尘粒子的凝并方程,并利用凝并方程的解计算了焊接气溶胶粒子的粒度分布,与实测结果进行了比较,二者基本一致.说明了在一个封闭容器中,焊接气溶胶粒子的自然沉降作用可以忽略不计,其体积浓度基本不变,主要发生布朗凝并,其结果使数目浓度和粒子粒度分布随时间变化. The practical results were analyzed in the paper for measuring granularity distribution of welding aerosol particle which varied with time. The granularity distribution was also counted with the aggravation equation, which was conducted by using the fundamental theory of aerosol particle aggravation post weld. In Comparison with practical measurement, both were consistent basically. Studies showed that ,to the welding aerosol particle in a sealed chamber, its natural subsidence could be neglected and its bulk concentration kept constant. Brown aggravation happened mainly in it, which resulted to the amount concentration and the granularity distribution of particle varied with time.
