摘要
用X射线、电镜分析技术研究碱性焊条焊接气溶胶粒子的物相构成及其微观形态的结果表明,J507焊条的主要物相是NaF,CaF2等氟化物以及Fe3O4等尖晶石相,和含SiO2的非晶态物质.尖晶石型粒子一般呈链、网状,非Fe元素含量随粒径增大而增多;氟化物型粒子较大,可以孤立存在;非晶物质多包裹在晶态粒子表面上,或以层片状出现.
The phase composition and corresponding morphology with the phase of welding aerosol particles of base electrode have been investigated by x ray diffractometer, transmission electron microscope. Results show that most of crystalline particles in welding aerosols of J 507 electrode belongs to NaF, CaF 2 and Fe 3O 4 structure and the amorphous phase is also found among the particles. The particles with spinel structure such as Fe 3O 4 form the net and chain shape, the content of non Fe elements increases with the size of particles. The particles of fluoride can exist individually. The amorphous material can generally appear in the shells which surrounds the crystallin particles or exist as tiny slices.
