摘要
利用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机,研究了780 MPa冷轧TRIP钢,试验确定了Fe-C-Si-Mn试验钢的最优热处理工艺,最终获得了良好的强度和塑性匹配。在此基础上,对优化试样的微观组织,特别是残余奥氏体的微区分布规律作了比较深入的考察。
780 MPa cold-rolled TRIP steel was devoloped, and partial heat treatment conditions were pre-established according to actual conditions of factory production line. The optimal heat treatment conditions for the Fe-C-Si-Mn testing steel to obtain excellent strength-ductility balance were investigated by means of thermal simulation tests on Gleeble-3800 and then the microstructures were studied especially in residual austenite distribution.
