摘要
首次在胜坨地区发现深层油藏的坨764井,储层温度高(162℃),压力高(71.39MPa),埋藏深(4344.1~4359.9m),岩性复杂,为高温高压深层低孔低渗砂砾岩储层。针对储层特点和压裂改造的难点,进行了高温压裂液体系优选、井温测试、压裂工艺方案和施工参数优选、小型测试压裂等大量前期工作,以此为基础,进一步优化压裂施工方案、配套完善压裂设备的关键部件和地面高压流程。历时165min,加入支撑剂共42m^3,井口最高施工压力88MPa,最高砂比49%,顺利完成该井的加砂压裂施工。为胜坨探区及胜利油区高温高压深层压裂工艺设计及现场实施提供了有益借鉴。
We first discovered a deep- seated reservoir in Well Tuo- 764, Shengtuo area. This reservoir has high temperature (162℃), high pressure (71.39MPa),deep burial depth (4344.1--4359. 9m),and complex lithologies. It is not only a high temperature and pressure reservoir, but also a low porosity and permeability glutenite reservoir in deep zone. In view of distinguishing feature of the reservoir and difficulty of its fracturing reconstruction, we were doing in optimization of high temperature fracturing fluid system, well temperature test, fracturing process program and parameter optimization of construction work, testing in small volume hydraulic fracture etc. , in our earlier days. Base is hereby given that doing, we have optimized this fracturing process program, form and improve key parts, and high pressure work flow for a complete system of fracturing equipment on the ground. We take 165min,accede to a propping agent (total to 42m^3). The most high Pressure of construction work at well head is 88MPa, the most one of proppant concentration is 49% ,so that we finished our sand fracturing work successfully. Our work has provide good reference for deep zone fracturing technological design and field conduct to high temperature and pressure reservoir, Shengtuo exploration area and Shengli oil region.
