工业化生产的煤矿用阻燃抗静电料的研制

Research Progress in Factory Production of Coal Mine Antistatic Fire Retardant Materials

研究了不同种类的乙炔炭黑在PE材料中的抗静电能力和溴系/锑系阻燃剂的协同阻燃作用,确定了最佳的抗静电阻燃配方。该配方经在工厂的实际生产研究,确定生产工艺温度、主机电流、熔体压力、喂料螺杆转速等生产因素,实现了从实验室研究到工业化生产的转化。

The antistatic ability of different CB types of different contents and fire retardant ability of Br/Sb fire retardant were studied. The best antistatic fire retardant recipe was determined by using the factory progress. The manufacturing temperature, main machine rotational speed and feeding rotational speed were studied. Using the recipe could turn the lab experiment into factory production.
