低碳钢表面陶瓷釉膜的烧结工艺及防腐性能研究

摘要 在简述了金属-陶瓷复合材料的现状以及陶瓷防腐蚀的优点的基础上,研究了503^#低温釉在低碳钢16Mn的表面烧结工艺及其防腐性能。结果表明:在300~350℃将试样置入电阻炉,随炉升温到550~600℃并保温10min,为503。低温釉的最佳烧结工艺,烧结出的釉膜具有优异的耐酸、耐碱、耐盐水及耐磨性。 On the basic of briefly summarizing the development of the multiplex composite between metal and ceramic glaze, this paper presented a sinter techniques between 503^# low temperature ceramic glaze and low carbon steel named 16Mn, and research the anti-corrosion of the ceramic glaze film. The result indicate that: the ceramic glaze film, which has excellent abilities of anti-acid, anti-alkali and anti-brine, can be gotten though the best stinting manufacture that putting the test sample into the resistor stove at 300-- 350℃,and heighten its temperature following the resistor stove till to 550-600℃ and keeping it in that temperature in 10min.
