摘要
通过对中石化长岭分公司电脱盐切水换热器的腐蚀原因和工作介质分析,提出采用涂层与牺牲阳极联合保护的防腐方案对该设备进行保护。采用极化曲线对牺牲阳极材料、选用涂料的防腐性能以及阴极保护参数进行了研究,并对联合保护进行了简单工艺计算,为该保护法在电脱盐切水换热器上的应用提供了参考和指导。为验证该保护方案的合理性和保护效果,在换热器模型上进行了模拟试验,牺牲阳极溶解特征和换热管的腐蚀情况表明该防腐方案合理可行。
According to the analyse of the corrosion reason and technical medium of the electric desalting heat-exchanger,Coating and Sacrificial anode synthedic protection was propsed to protect the equipment. The sacrificial anode material , anticorrosion performance of coating and cathodic protection parameters was studied by polarization curve, Technology Calculation of synthetic protection was also doned, it can pro- vide reference and guidance for the applicatioh of the synthetic protection. In order to verify the reasonabili- ty and protection effect, simulated experiment was take on the modle of heat-exchanger, The results showed that the synthetic protection design was reasonable and feasible.
