摘要 通过对上海光源原有冷源系统的可靠性和经济性进行分析研究,并结合新建项目冷源系统的设计选型,将各部分冷源系统在整体上进行了合理设计和优化,从而实现冷源系统内各冷冻机组的统一调度,使其能够根据末端负载变化,及时地通过系统运行模式的切换,对冷量进行合理调配,使整个冷源系统的运行可靠性及安全性得到较大提高。同时,系统的优化设计也从较大程度上解决了冷冻机在低负荷的工况下运行的问题,降低了系统能耗。 Based on the reliability and economic analysis on original cold - source system of the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility ( SSRF), combined with cold - source system design for the new projects, all components of the cold - source system were rationally redesigned and optimized. Through the operation mode switch, we can achieve the scheduling of all refrigeration units within the coldsource system and rationally utilize the cold of the whole system in a timely manner in accordance with changes of the load. After the optimal design, the reliability and Security of entire cold - source operating system were greatly improved. At the same time, the optimal design is also a resolution to the problem that the refrigeration units operate in the low load condition and hence reduce the energy consumption of the system.
