局部浸润麻醉在腹股沟疝修补中的应用

Application of the Local Anaesthesia in Herniorrhaphy for Inguinal Hernia

目的探讨局部浸润麻醉在腹股沟疝修补中的应用。方法局部浸润麻醉腹股沟区皮肤和皮下组织,在腹外斜肌腱膜下、耻骨结节及疝囊周围注药,浸润麻醉髂腹下神经的生殖支、髂腹股沟神经、生殖股神经的生殖支,行腹股沟疝的修补。结果采用局部浸润麻醉,成功完成87例Lichtenstein式腹股沟疝修补。结论腹股沟疝的修补采用局部浸润麻醉,减少了麻醉后并发症,节约了住院费用,效果满意。

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and safety of local anaesthesia for inguinal hernia repair. Methods Local anaesthesia was used to block genital branches of iliohypogastric and genitofemoral nerves and ilioinguinal nerve for inguinal hernia procedures. Results Under local anaesthesia, inguinal hernia procedures were performed successfully in 87 patinets, all underwent Lichtenstein. Conclusion Inguinal hernia repair under local anesthesia is a safe, reliable and cost-effective method.
