摘要
[目的]建立检测鸡蛋中盐酸环丙沙星残留的高效液相色谱法。[方法]鸡蛋样品中残留药物用提取液提取、离心、蒸发,水溶解,然后用预活化的C18固相萃取小柱净化,流动相洗脱,洗脱液用HPLC检测。[结果]结果表明,该法对鸡蛋中盐酸环丙沙星的检测限和定量限分别是50、100μg/L。在100、150、200彬L浓度添加范围内,回收率在70%-83%,变异系数CV〈10%。标准溶液在2.5~160.0μg/L的浓度范围内线性关系良好。[结论]该方法简单准确,适应于鸡蛋中盐酸环丙沙星的检测,便于推广。
[ Objective ] The study aimed to develop a HPLC method for determination ciprofloxacin hydroehloride residues in eggs. [ Method ] The samples were extracted with extracting solvent, centrifuged, evaporated, reconstituted in water and then passed through preconditioned C18 solid phase extraction (SPE) cartridge: The SPE columns were eluted with mobile phase. The eluant was analyzed by HPLC chromatography. [ Result] The limits of detection and the limit of quantification of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride in eggs were 50, 100 μg/L. The samples were spiked with ciprofloxacin hydrochioride in the range of 100 -200 μg/L. The recoveries were in the range of 70% -83%. The variation coefficients were less than 10%. The calibration curve of ciprofloxaein hydrochloride was linear (r = 0. 999 9 ) in the range of 2.5 -160.0μg/L. [ Conclusion] The method was simple and accurate enough to determine ciprofloxacin hydrochloride in eggs, and can be popularized in much wider area.
