高效液相色谱法检测鸡蛋中盐酸环丙沙星残留量

Determination of the Residues of Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride in Eggs by HPLC

[目的]建立检测鸡蛋中盐酸环丙沙星残留的高效液相色谱法。[方法]鸡蛋样品中残留药物用提取液提取、离心、蒸发，水溶解，然后用预活化的C18固相萃取小柱净化，流动相洗脱，洗脱液用HPLC检测。[结果]结果表明，该法对鸡蛋中盐酸环丙沙星的检测限和定量限分别是50、100μg/L。在100、150、200彬L浓度添加范围内，回收率在70％-83％，变异系数CV〈10％。标准溶液在2．5～160．0μg/L的浓度范围内线性关系良好。[结论]该方法简单准确，适应于鸡蛋中盐酸环丙沙星的检测，便于推广。

[ Objective ] The study aimed to develop a HPLC method for determination ciprofloxacin hydroehloride residues in eggs. [ Method ] The samples were extracted with extracting solvent, centrifuged, evaporated, reconstituted in water and then passed through preconditioned C18 solid phase extraction （SPE） cartridge： The SPE columns were eluted with mobile phase. The eluant was analyzed by HPLC chromatography. [ Result] The limits of detection and the limit of quantification of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride in eggs were 50, 100 μg/L. The samples were spiked with ciprofloxacin hydrochioride in the range of 100 -200 μg/L. The recoveries were in the range of 70% -83%. The variation coefficients were less than 10%. The calibration curve of ciprofloxaein hydrochloride was linear （r = 0. 999 9 ） in the range of 2.5 -160.0μg/L. [ Conclusion] The method was simple and accurate enough to determine ciprofloxacin hydrochloride in eggs, and can be popularized in much wider area.
