摘要
[目的]考察西草主产区人工种植的乌拉尔甘草各器官中微量元素的分布及微量元素对其药材质量的影响。[方法]采用HPLC方法测定甘草根中甘草酸含量,同时运用原子吸收分光光度计测定并分析甘草根、茎及叶中Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn元素含量。[结果]甘草茎中上述4种微量元素含量均高于根及叶。甘草根中Zn元素含量及Zn/Cu比值与甘草酸含量间呈显著正相关关系。[结论]Zn元素对宁夏盐池县所栽培的道地乌拉尔甘草的质量有重要作用,可以作为其特征元素。
[ Objective ] Distribution of Cu, Zn, Fe and Mn in Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fiseh. organs and the effects of microelement on medicinal materials were studied. [ Method] Glycyrrhizic acid was measured by HPLC. Meanwhile, FAAS was applied to determine and compare the four micro-elements in root, stalk and leaf of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. [ Result] The contents four microelements in stem were the highest. There were positive correlation between Zn/Cu, glycyrrhizic acid and Zn content. [ Conclusion] Zn played an important role in the quality of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. and could be regarded as the characteristic element.
