摘要
用蒽酮—硫酸法测定芝芪菌质中的多糖含量。研究确定了蒽酮-硫酸法测定芝芪菌质中多糖含量的最佳检测条件,并测定了3批芝芪菌质的多糖含量。研究得出,当加入6.0 ml、0.050%的硫酸蒽酮溶液,在水浴中加热20 min,冷却20 min时,芝芪菌质中多糖含量测定条件最优;3批芝芪菌质多糖的平均含量为0.991 3%。
Anthrone-sulfuric acid method was used to determine the content of polysaccharide in Zhiqi fungal substance. The optimal determi- nation conditions for poiysaccharide content in Zhiqi fungal substance by anthrone-suffuric acid method were studied. And the polysaecharide contents in three batches of Zhiqi fungal substance were detected. The determination condition was the optimal when adding 6 ml of 0.05% anthrone-sulfuric acid, heating for 20 rain and cooling for 20 rain. The average content of polysaccharide in three batches of Zhiqi fungal substance was 0. 991 3%.
