摘要
[目的]为科学合理进行污泥处置奠定基础。[方法]以重庆市10个具有代表性的污水处理厂的污泥为样品,对其进行含水率、pH值、有机质和重金属含量分析。[结果]总体上所采集污泥是一种富含有机质(平均为296.84g/kg)、高氮(平均为48.33g/kg)、中磷(平均为18.94g/kg)、低钾(平均为14.17g/kg)的养分含量颇高的有机肥。pH值在5.95—7.73,处于微酸性和微碱性之间,在园林土壤中施用,不会对土壤的酸碱度造成大的影响。污泥中含水量较高(平均为77.8%),不宜直接施用。污泥中含有Pb、Cr、Cd、Cu、Ni、Zn、Hg等重金属,但含量不高,只有个别区县的污泥中重金属含量稍微超标。[结论]对污泥性质的分析为污泥的资源化利用提供了参考。
[ Objective ] The aim was to lay the foundation for the sludge disposal scientifically and reasonably. [ Method ] With the sludge in the 10 representative wastewater treatment plants from Chongqing City as samples, the water content, pH value, organic matter and heavy metal content of sludge were analyzed. [ Result] On the whole, the collected sludge was a kind of organic fertilizer with high nutrient content, which contained rich organic matter (296.84 g/kg on average) , high nitrogen (48.33 g/kg on average), medium phosphorus ( 18.94 g/kg on average) , low potassium ( 14.17 g/kg on average). The pH value of the sludge was all in 5.95 - 7.73, being between subacidity and alkalescence, and application in the garden soil could not produce great influence on the acidity-alkalinity of soil. The water content in the sludge was high, being 77.8% on average, so it was not suitable for application directly. The sludge contained some heavy metals such as Pb, Cr, Cd, Cu, Ni, Zn and Hg. The heavy metal content was not high and that in the sludge only from individual section and country was slighdy over standard. [ Conclusion] The analysis of the characteristics of sludge provided the reference for the resource utilization of sludge.
