基于土地储备制度的河北省农居点整理研究

Study on the Rural Residential Land Consolidation Based on Land Banking in Hebei Province

分析了当前农居点用地现状和问题,指出农居点用地在盲目扩张的同时,内部闲置土地增多是突出的问题。结合当前农居点用地现状和问题,提出在农居点整理中土地储备制度的具体运行程序,确保农居点规模的逐步缩减。

The present status and probiems of rural residential area were discussed. It was pointed out that internal idle land became the prominent problem during the blind expansion of rural residential area. Combining with the present status and problems of rural residential area, the specific operation procedure of land banking was proposed, in order to insure the reduction of rural residential area.
