Challenges Which Educational Technology Departments Face in Information Technology Environment in Schools and Research on Countermeasures

在高校的信息技术环境目益完善的背景下，为提升信息技术在教学过程中的应用程度与质量，学校教育技术部门急需调整现有的工作思路与角色。分析在信息技术环境下高校教育技术部门面临的挑战，结合绩效管理的思想剖析有效的应对策略与方法，从而逐渐推进教学与技术的自然融合。

At present, the application of information technology has been increasingly improving in colleges and universities. In order to promote the degree and quality of information technology which is applied in the teaching process, the educational technology department in each school needs to clearly assess its role in this teaching process and then adjust its current methodology and approach to problem solving. The paper firstly analyses the challenges and the actual problems that each educational technology department faces under the circumstances that exist within their schools. The author sites research on the effective countermeasures and practical methods with reference to performance management ideas. Thereby, the natural integration between instruction and technology will hopefully be advanced gradually.
