现代教育技术的主体应该是“人”而非“技术”。无论从理论上还是实践中考察，现代教育技术都不是简单的“教育中的技术”，而更多地体现在“教育的技术”上，更多地依赖于“人”这一主体因素来实现。所以，现代教育技术的主体构建要“以人为本”。

The subject of modern education technology is ＂person＂ not ＂technique＂. What ever the theory or the research in practice, the modern education technology is not the simple ＂technology in education＂, and most of it show ＂educational technology ＂,it mostly depends on ＂person＂ which is main factor to actualize must bethe first of So the subject construction of modern education technology ＂people-oriented＂.
