高职电类实训教学是电类课程教学不可或缺的重要组成部分。强化电类实训的效能，推动高职电类教学的深入改革，是提高学生综合职业能力和创新能力的有力保证。分析目前高职电类实训教学和管理中存在问题的原因，指出提高电类实训效能的对策。

Electrical practice in higher vocational education is an indispensable component in the teaching of electrical courses. To strengthen the efficiency of electrical practice and promote its in-depth reformation in higher vocational education provide strong guarantee for improving students＇ comprehensive vocational and creative abilities. This paper analyzes the causes of the problems existing in current teaching and management of electrical practice and proposes strategies to enhance the efficiency of electrical practice.
