关于高校教师隐性知识共享策略的几点探讨

Exploration of Sharing within Teacher Tacit Knowledge in University

教师隐性知识就是知识创新的源泉，但是就目前来说，对教师隐性知识关注尚不够。教师隐性知识共享的出发点和落脚点都是教师，也就是人的因素，教师隐性知识的共享是在知识管理组织机构环境下，发生在教师隐性知识拥有者与需求者之间的活动。主要从上述几个方面出发，对教师隐性知识共享略作分析。

Teachers＇ tacit knowledge is innovation fountainhead of university knowledge, but the attention to it is insufficient. Based on domestic and international researching status about the present situation of tacit knowledge, this paper＇ s main research content was defined： the university teachers＇ tacit knowledge sharing. Through literature reading and the spot interview, the author think that both the starting point and the foothold of the university teachers＇ tacit knowledge sharing are teachers, in other words, are the human＇ s factor, the university teachers＇ tacit knowledge sharing is occurs among the teachers＇ tacit knowledge owner, the teachers＇ tacit knowledge demander, and the university knowledge management organization and agencies.
