摘要
对企业传统培训模式与e—learning培训模式各自的优缺点进行比较，总结现今企业中该培训模式的框架，并对尚存问题进行探讨。
This article compares the respective advantages and disadvantages of e-learning mode with the other training modes, makes conclusion of its framework today＇s enterprises and discusses the exist issues.
