Design Research on Survey-analysis System of Cost-effectiveness on Educational Equipment

要全面了解和掌握中小学教育装备成本－效益现状，必须充分利用信息技术的装备优势，在教育装备成本－效益理论的指导下，设计和开发出相关的分析系统，基础教育装备管理部门才能从实践上有效掌握动态的装备成本－效益状况，为学校管理和经费投入提供决策参考。从理论依据、开发现状、功能架构、开发关键点四个维度阐述教育装备成本一效益调查分析系统的设计与开发。

To fully understand and master the status quo of cost-effectiveness of educational equipment in Primary and secondary schools, we must make full use of the advantages of information technology equipment, and under the guidance of theory of cost-effectiveness ,design and development the analysis system related to educational equipment. Thus, basic education and equipment management departments will be able to effectively control the dynamic situation for schools on equipment cost-effective to provide reference to decision-making in investment management and school management in practice. This article elaborate on design and development of survey-analysis system of cost-effectiveness on educational equipment from four dimensions：theoretical basis, development status, functional structure, key points of development.
