摘要
对锰铜合金螺旋桨表面热涂涂层的性能进行了试验,并对采用热喷涂涂层防止螺旋桨腐蚀的可行性进行了研究。试验结果表明:采用高速氧燃料(HVOF)喷涂技术形成的Cu95超涂层具有优良的耐空蚀,耐海水腐蚀性能,可作为锰铜系合金螺旋桨表面的防腐涂层。
This paper investigates the thermal sprayed coatings properties of Mn-Cu alloy propeller surface, and analyzes the feasiblity of protection of propeller from erosion using thermal sprayed coatings. The experimental results show that Cu95 coating produced by High Velocity Oxygen-Fule process has a good anti-cavitation and sea water erosion resistant properties, and it can be used for anti-erosion coating on Mn-Cu alloy propeller surface. The results also shows that it is feasible to protect Mn-Cu alloy propeller by thermal sprayed coatings.
