评价一个国家的零部件产业是否强大,可以从四个方面进行判断:是否能对国内整车产业起到足够的支撑;是否能满足售后市场的服务需求;是否有持续不断的出口能力、国际竞争力;是否有为跨国公司持续配套的能力。

We can judge separate parts industry in a country by four criterion, including whether it can strongly support domestic complete vehicle industry; whether it can meet the demands of after-market; whether it hold sus- tainable export and international competence; at last, whether it can provide products for transnational cor- porations at a long-term basis.
