介绍俄罗斯地面用车辆机械式制动装置。电动制动装置的有效工作范围Ｐｉ＜２０；手动制动装置的Ｐｉ＜３。为溜放车辆还专门设计了一种滑道式制动装置，以保证在１２ｋｍ／ｈ的速度下有效停车。
The paper describes a mechanical brake equipment for Russian railway cars.The effective working scope for an electric brake is P i<20,and that for a hand brake is P i<3.A sliding brake device is developed for vehicle run away operations to ensure an effective stoppage of vehicles at a speed of 12 km/h.
