摘要
阐述轮轨力的连续测定法；地震时脱轨现象的机制；及目前正在开发的模拟程序概要和引用该程序所取得的部分研究成果。
In this paper,the continuous measuring method for measuring wheel/rail interaction force and the mechanism for derailment occurring during earthquake are described;the outline of simulation program currently under development and a part of achievements studied and obtained by using such program are also describde.
