在中国改革开放30周年之际,回顾对外开放理论的发展进程,无疑具有重要的意义,这也是理论和实践的良性互动历程。30年间,基于外贸理论、外资理论、外汇理论以及区域开放理论等方面的持续进展,中国已形成了全方位开放的对外开放理论。改革开放30年来对外开放理论的发展史表明,一个国家或地区,要想使经济得到高速发展,就必须向世界开放;我国对外开放理论的进展,是与计划经济体制向市场经济体制转变过程相一致的,与商品经济、市场经济理论的进展同步;理论联系实际、引进先进理论和知识具有十分重要的作用;我国理论界在对外开放各方面,总体上是清醒的,谨慎的;同时,思想解放对理论研究有重大意义,而我国的对外开放理论研究应继续深入进行下去。

A review of the past 30 years＇ open--door reform is no doubt important, and this is an positive interactive process between practice and theory. During these 30 years, China has formed a complete set of open--door theories, including oversea trade theory, foreign capital theory, foreign exchange theory, and regional open--door theory. Such theories indicate that a country or region must open its door to the outside world if it wishes to have a high speed of economy development. Practially, the progress of our open--door theory implementation corresponds well with the transition from the planned economy system to the market economy system, and has grown in step with the theories of commodity economy and market economy. Therefore, these theoretical studies should proceed with further profound explorations.
