在全球化时代的国际关系互动中,经贸关系的重要性日益突出。因为它正成为目前国家实现外部"安全-利益-权力"目标的关键手段。俄美欧三方经贸关系的发展和现状较好地说明了这一点。俄美欧三方关系结构是不平衡的,但以贸易、货币金融和FDI为主要内容的经贸关系增进了三方的共同利益,确保了三方关系结构的安全性。

Importance of economic and trade relation to contemporary international relationship is increasing. Based on assumption of national foreign strategy with security-benefit-power triplex goals, the essay studies on the dimension of the economic relations and its mechanism for affecting international relation. By taking example of Russian-American-EU relations, it concludes that in a globalization time, importance of economic and trade relation becomes prominent.
